Kripa exceeded my expectations every time: she is not only exceedingly bright, but innovative, creative, and organized. Her work was always way above and beyond what was expected, and sometimes, I was in awe of the depth of her research and knowledge. Her work as a producer was also excellent: prepared for anything, committed to her film, and her director, yet able to have the objectivity to guide it in the way that was best. Kripa is also such a lovely person, one with character, integrity, and a depth of understanding about the world. She excels at whatever she does and will without a doubt be a very essential part of any company, and I would not hesitate to hire her.
